Simple mode that removes the Barrel from Rivet City Markets. I noticed a severe FPS drop when going near said barrel in RCMarkets, Sometimes above 30 fps can be lost on my system.

Simple mode that removes the Barrel from Rivet City Markets.
Installation
_______________
Copy the .Esp file into your Fallout/Data folder and enable it
with the launcher or with FOMM.
Location
___________
Rivet City Markets. Near Shrapnel (See Screenshot)
Version 2: Just adusted the marker so the NPCs dont stand
there warming there hands on nothing :)
Known Issues

None but May not work with any other mod that alters said barrel.
