Where it Goes:

To install this mod, simply extract the archive to your "\Fallout 3\Data" folder. Let it overwrite if it wants to. Then activate "megaboom.esp" in the Data Files section of your favorite Fallout 3 launcher, and start the game.
If you want a bomb with very low health that will easily explode, activate "megaboomlowhealth.esp" instead.

What it Does:

This mod is in essense a proof of concept: the concept that every static object and activator in the game can be set to be destructible.
This means that in the future, it will be possible for someone to overhaul Fallout 3 to incorporate fully destructible environments. Such a venture would be a truly massive undertaking, but also a truly plausible one.
To illustrate this point, I have modified the bomb in Megaton to be destructible. If it is damaged enough, it will explode, taking you and everyone in Megaton with it.
In future versions of this mod I aim to rescript all of Megaton's statics to be destructible, so that the entire city will be swept up by the bomb's explosion. As of right now, only you and other NPCs are damaged by the blast.
