All I wanted to do was make a patch for my optimization mod, but then I noticed quite a few issues when using this mod together with the Unofficial Patch. So here I am, with an updated version of the mod. What did I change?
Forwarded all persistence changes and NPC packages from the Unofficial Patch, and deleted the edit to the player faction, since the patch adds a lot more factions to it.
Solved some notable issues when using both mods together, like Doctor Li's bed floating in the void, or the stairs in the same area being blocked. And there were also some overlapping corridors in the tower, where I deleted the ones originating in Rivet City Reborn.
Fixed some issues with Rivet City Reborn itself, like the Barracks and the Shop teleport causing players to look down the moment they try to move.
Made some minor adjustments to the church so that Father Clifford can reach his lectern easier, just like in the vanilla game.
Got rid of all Enable Parent records that reference the player (as that supposedly causes issues in this version of the engine) and instead moved every disabled object to -5000
Adjusted the navmeshes so that NPCs don't try to walk through solid objects and also merged some triangles in the new hangar that should have been part of the main navmesh.
Regenerated all Facegen files.
However, since this update was made to play nice with the Unofficial Patch, it also requires the patch to be used! And if you don't use the patch, well, then you don't seem to care about what it fixes, in which you case you don't need this update anyway.
