Fixed low-resolution weapon textures when you see them in the world, such as on a table or on the ground.
Does not affect textures on 1st/3rd person.


It took me a while to realize that weapon meshes use two textures of the same model, the texture you see when playing in 1st/3rd person and the texture in the world.The fix uses vanilla textures without any editing that you see when playing in first person. In addition to the textures themselves, the normal maps have been improved in the same way. In this way it fixes the display of the .32 Revolver, which had a corrupted texture as well as the Hunting Rifle. The improvement also affects some types of ammunition and junk. Some textures have been increased from 128x128 to 1024x1024! All of this was already in the game files.
Does not affect all textures, only those where there was a higher quality texture in the game files.

It is recommended to put the mod as a base for retextures, so place it as high as possible in your mod installer.

Added compatibility patch with Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch:
--- You must install the Patch.
--- Then the main Weapon textures HD.
--- Then the HD weapons for UUF3P. 

It is not recommended to put other mods fixing weapon textures. They're obsolete.

Temporary until update:
If you are using Fallout 3 HD Overhaul textures, the Infiltrator has the wrong textures, in the HD Overhaul mod delete everything in the textures\dlcpitt\weapons\2handautomatic folder.
