Minor updates to the UUF3P.

Fixed the changes to Super Mutant Overlord health being overwritten by UUF3P.
Balanced the stats of all three creature companions so that they don't end up 15,000 HP by level 30. This is a vanilla 'bug' caused by Broken Steel, which allows all three companions to scale up to level 30 but does not adjust their stats to account for this.

Decreased the loot in all Point Lookout containers to be more similar to the rest of the game, but with the addition of Point Lookout loot lists.
