    All went Pear Shaped when I  tried to persuade Lloyd ? to hand over the blueprint.

    Early 2023 review: From the get go, I must say that I experienced every other bugged scripts like rlbaxter and  jessiejon932. Brothers didn't walk with me in Wasteland until I used fast-travel. Also, Annabelle, as I see from other users playthroughs, really likes swimming under Rivet City's ship. My choice to end quest was through "tcl-ing" to her position in water and activating dialog right there. Funny, but satisfying.
    I wanted firstly mark popular bugs and my experience is no exception with finding them. 
    As for the story and characters, it's really good like any other fallout 3 side quest. Various choices to progress through objectives, nice hand-designed new metro location near Andale and decent voice acting (Voice actor of Outcasts leader was best in my opinion. I really like hearing how different people in mods try to express "ghoulified voice", some of them succeded, some don't). Lore-friendly and looks like it would be a good example of modder's work on expanding stories in Capital Wasteland. Very similar in quest structure to vanilla's "Blood Ties" and about the same length.
    But bugs really put negative feeling in overall good impression after completing mod.
    Should you try this mod in 2023? Yes, because there's simple but nice narrative for you to experience. Don't forget to check this comment section to solve popular bugs in final stage of the quest.

    I had the same problem as jessiejon932 where Anabelle was not in the Muddy Rudder and nowhere to be found.  I used the console to move her to my position and completed the quest.  To recover Anabelle you first  need to note the load order position of the mod (a hex value).  I use ModOrganizer 2 and in my case the mod was loaded in position 15(hex).

    Open the console and enter the following commands where ## is the two digit hex number for the load order position:

    prid ##010655
    moveto player

    Anabelle should be moved to your position and you can then complete the quest.

    I had a mostly good time playing this mod. Ran into a very sizable collection of bugs though. The end did not seem to give me all the
    choices it should.

    Spoiler's ahead. I have not figured out how to hide the comment behind the spoiler block, so stop now unless you are
    stuck at the end figuring out how to achieve a peaceful resolution.

    Is it possible to have a peaceful outcome where the Outcasts are not
    slaughtered? They gave me the gun and the key, so we should have no beef
    with them. Well, they did steal it in the first place, but they gave it
    back. And agreed to let us out. They were not hostile to me.  Lloyd was
    hostile to them and if the brothers  want to get themselves  killed
    over the theft, it's their business. They can do that later on their own
    time. Yet I would appreciate a chance to talk them out of that through a
    speech check. However I suspect that the hostility was a bug. And we
    could have gone out the way we came in using the subway entrance,
    completely avoiding the fight. Not an option for some reason.  But when I
    gave him back his gun, there were no other choices but the one that
    leads to  killing the Outcasts. 

    In one instance of play I got the key peacefully and ran to the exit before Lloyd could start the
    fight. I even went back to Rivet city and into Annabelle's house. The
    brothers did not follow me inside. The mod's quest still told us to kill
    the Outcasts even though we were safely back in Rivet City with the gun
    in Lloyd's possession.

    I'm going to re=run the mod and see if I can get different results. Perhaps I missed something.

    One last thing. The game froze when I first approached the Outcasts. Orthan
    did not run to meet me. He just hung back. Restarting the game from a
    save at that point fixed that bug. He approached me after restart.

    Couldn't get my companion or Dogmeat to follow me into the forgotten station.  Floyd wouldn't follow me either.  Also, had to use tcl to approach the outcasts and get to that part of the quest.  I don't know what that is about. It's a new mod so there are bound to be problems.  I'm sure that there is a conflict with another mod somewhere somehow.  Great effort though.  Good stuff. 

    MAJOR UPDATE:

    Spoilers ahead--

    By some strange occurrence, my follower, Dogmeat, and Floyd enter the game through the locked door near the Outcast's outpost. With Dogmeat to distract them, I was able to kill all the Outcasts one at a time.  By myself, I died in 1.0956 seconds (maybe .9956 seconds, I don't know). I brought Floyd and Lloyd to Rivet City and the textures were gone. The ship was a black silhouette.  The game constantly froze at Rivet City.  Also, the file saves with the two on the surface would corrupt playing the loading music instead of the normal ambient music.    So, I did the right thing and went back killed both Lloyd and Floyd as well.  Without the two at Rivet City all was well. Found Annebelle just fine.  

    This is stellar stuff, wallice and udminjuergen. A little work and this mod will be excellent.  Well voiced and simple. Definitely will endorse. The mod community continues to amaze.

    I've tried this quest mod and now I'm having a problem.

    When I finally rescued Floyd and Lloyd and lead them to the exit, Floyd stopped and approach me said he won't going out and need to find the different exit.

    The fact is, there's only one exit where I first entered.

    I tried to use the console command ("prid" Floyd's ID and "moveto player") as I've got into Anabelle's house.
    But it's still doesn't affect Anabelle's quest dialogue when I'm talked to her.

    EDITED : I just realised there are two exits.
    But it's still doesn't affect Floyd's dialogue after I found the second exit.
    Well, guess I have to quit the game and uncheck, then I check the box to replay the quest.

      You can’t just find it, you need the key. Your dialogue choices pick a side for you and you then have to kill the other to be allowed to leave.

    TLDR: A couple of bugs, but almost seamlessly integrates and a worthwhile mod to try out!

    This is a solid and simple quest mod, and I am glad to see the mod getting some love and attention.

    With quest mods coming out over the last couple of weeks, is this the beginning of the fallout 3 quest mod renaissance? 

    The mod has a couple of issues in the English variant with grammar and general sentence structure. But otherwise it is a simple mod to install, and will hopefully make for a nice and welcome addition to many peoples future mod list. 

    Bugs Encountered through first playthrough:

    In the metro tunnels I had an audio bug where the feral ghoul getting up sound effect would play repeatedly during my time in battle with them and it would be quite loud even if the ghouls were no where near me, I am not sure if this is a one off or a general bug but safe to put it here.

    In Rivet City at the end of the mod when returning with Floyd and Lloyd to Anabelle, Annabelle was not where she should be, and after clipping through rivet city, I found her swimming in place behind the ship, I tried fast travelling away and back, re-loading my save and restarting my game but she just wasn't where she should be. I couldn't finish the quest so I felt this should be here.


    I'm happy I gave the mod a go and I look forward to hopefully seeing some quality of life improvements made to the mod. Also sending much love to the original creators of the mod from back in the day too!

    Thanks you guys for giving old stuff a new lease of life. We appreciate it!

      Hello, glad you liked the mod.
      I have to agree the english version has got some issues, my english skills aren't the best and the mod contains more text than I thought.
      Also, thank you for listing some bugs, it's not the top priority since the mod was made many years ago, but maybe they can be fixed in the future.
