Features
Adds Weapon Repair Kits to the game. Custom model, texture and icon.
They let you repair your currently equipped weapon. Repair amount depends on your Repair skill.
They can be bought from merchants and can be looted from Military containers, Enclave soldiers, Talon Company Mercenaries and Raiders. I've also placed some in the wasteland by hand.
UUF3P changes are forwarded.
Recipe Menu version makes weapon repair kits craftable at workbenches.
