Ordering the Zeta plugin to load before the Anchorage plugin will set the BoS to use Gauss Rifle instead of Alien weapons.

Dragoon guns have decreased condition and value.
Winterized T51-b Power Armor has a new texture
Raider Power Armor has a new texture and requires no training.
All items are distributed by level between 6 and 15.
Some unique NPCs, including followers, are equipped with corresponding items.
