There aren't many boat mods, it's not a whole category! Half a dozen and most of them are player-homes, some not even in water. And if you type "boats" as you demand, literally one incomplete boat mod (pilotable boats) and one land mod (Pirate Pely's Boats & Bait).
This Comment says it all - and encouraged me to d/l this Excellent Mod. So, here is how it went - I installed Ships of the Sea, loaded last save game & checked out the area near Rivet City & also near Wilhelm's Wharf. I next uninstalled the mod & returned to these areas for comparison because I earlier I couldn't tell what was FO3 & what was mod. Ships of the Seas makes FO3 more AMAZING & immersive - basically adds depth to the game through scenery that really should have been in the Vanilla FO3 - Kudos - Cheers Endorsed & UpVoted
knocked another one out of the park :D currently testing it and loving the much needed touches. In conjuction with the mod ''Devestated City'' this truly feels like a once populated DC
