This mod turns Pirate Pely's Boats & Bait into a store and puts an actual Pirate Pely in there. Don't forget to use ''tcl'' to get to the other side of the shop and check out what's underground.
Requirements:
F3 only.
Installation:
Put the .esp into Program Files>Bethesda Softworks>Fallout 3>Data.
