About this mod
Stops scrolling switching between 1st/3rd person (you can still manually change POV and scroll to zoom in/out in 3rd person). Can enable/disable switching between 1st->3rd and 3rd->1st in the INI. Simple dll (no esp or performance hit).

Installation
Use Mod Organizer 2/Nexus Mod Manager/FOMM, or manually extract the .zip file into your Fallout 3 'Data' folder.
