Installation:

To install, first download the "Farms of the Wasteland" mod with the link provided, once that is installed simply drag the desired ESP files for the modular version into the Fallout 3 data folder (or us Nexus Mod Manager to install them).

Once the base mod of Farms of the Wasteland is installed, open with your mod management utility; firstly you will need to disable the main Farms of the wasteland mod (this allows the modules to use it's resources), then enable the separate modular versions of the Farms of the Wasteland files you wish to use. Once enabled these modules allows the player to specify which settlements they would like to have a farm and which they would not.
