Encountered a persistent crash upon reaching level 20 that I managed to trace to this mod being enabled. Disabling it fixed the issue. Adding the mod back in after leveling continues to crash upon reaching level 21.
Can't diagnose why this mod creates the issue, cleaning it with FO3edit didn't fix it, can't see in FO3edit what the mod touches that would even have to do with leveling and perks at all. Sad, because it's the only mod I could find that adds waterbreathing in a minimal way (i.e. without adding a bunch of items or containers or whatever).
For some reason I was not getting the water breathing perk so I installed this mod. After installing this mod the game crashed during level-up. It happens right after the levelup music stops in either the skills page or the perks page.
