This mod gives all power helmets, Chinese stealth helmet and full body
armor(Chinese Stealth Suit, Environment suit, Radiation suit, Advanced radiation suit,
All-purpose science suit, Enclave scientist outfit and Spacesuit) the
ability to Breathe Underwater indefinitely. It also changes the
All-purpose science suit and and the Enclave scientist outfit so they
now also have +20 Rad Res, and the Spacesuit so now it has: 10 DR, 50
Rad Res, and lowers its durability to 1000.

The Optional file contains all the changes in the main folder plus some changes made by
Weijiesen's Tribal DX with a few tweaks of my own. It gives the
Waterbreathing effect to Tribal power helmet and Ashur's power helmet
and gives them the following stats: Tribal power helmet: 7 DR, 75
Durability, +3 Fire Res, +3 Rad Res, +5 AP, Ashur's power helmet: 8 DR,
75 Durability, +1 Charisma, +3 Fire Res, +3 Rad Res. and gives both pitt
power armors +10 Fire and Rad Res. It aslo Removes the: +1 Luck from
both armors and the: +5 Melee Weapons form the tribal armor.

NOTE: There is a bug when you equip a item with the
Self-Contained(Waterbreathing) effect and then another with the same
effect that causes you to lose the effect making it possible to drown!
In order to fix this you have to equip an item without the effect in the
slot occupied by the Self-Contained item then requip an Self-Contained
item or unequip and requip a Self-Contained item.

NOTE #2: If you are using "Improved MZ Spacesuit" this mod will conflict with that mod
so use the base or optional file instead. If you use the optional file
also do not use Tribal DX.esm since it will conflict with it, but you
can use the textures from the mod.

NOTE #3: Use only the main file or the optional file, DO NOT USE BOTH!
