This mod has no requirements other than default Fallout 3, and will not conflict with any mod (except one that replaces the building or area of Old Olney SW). The conflict with the Capitol Preservation Society has been resolved.
Old Olney Grocery Store is mentioned in the game in the letter found outside the Firehouse, but searches for the grocery itself are fruitless. This feels rather a cop out to me. This adds that location to the game, in a derelict building on the street the Old Olney Firehouse faces down. This is the first interior (other than the Old Olney Sewers) accessible directly from the Wasteland in Old Olney. There are several holotapes and a working terminal, along with a useable bed (and an angry Ghoul wastelander). The storeroom is locked, and the key is somewhere in the store-there is a fair amount of valuable loot behind the door (I haven't pictured the storeroom here), including three Quantums. Finally, there are three Flours in the store, more than anywhere else in the wasteland, a very rare item useful to create a Mississippi Quantum Pie after completion of the Nuka Cola Challenge.
There is a boarded up door next to the mattress lying on the floor. If this mod garners enough interest, I will construct the Loading Bay that is currently labeled inaccessible.
This can go anywhere in your .esp load order.
This took me three days to make, alone.
SOME HOLOTAPES AND NOTES CONTAIN FOUL LANGUAGE, although well within the lore of the game. None of this is visible without picking up the notes scattered inside the store, there is no foul language in the introduction tape outside or on the terminal.
