I recommend waiting in interior for 4days+ to repopulate vendor/npc inventories after installing the newest version. The update might cause you to lose your "old" rifle. You can use console to readd it, the item codes are below (XX is load order number of Aliens Pulse Rifle.esp in your game) - use "player.additem <item> 1" without the quotes, where <item> is XX000EA7 - Rifle XX007FB7 - Rifle + scope
I have tested the mod and its NOT in Hollowed-Out Rock behind Megaton. The Console command XX000EA7 for the Rifle without scope is working. The Rifle is pretty OP on hard difficulty, it has 142 damage with 100 small guns skill. Can someone fix the damage to have 70 damage with 100 small guns skill? Please
I know this is a long shot, but have you considered developing these mods for the newer Bethesda games? These are some of my favorite game mods of all time, and really inspired my passion for getting into modding. Hell, I am thinking about trying to learn how to code / mod myself just to be able to do something like that.

Merry christmas lol, I keep telling folks over the years I ain't even got F3 installed anymore to edit it themselves in Fo3Edit. Adjusting mod values in Fo3Edit is easily learned from nothing to the point you can remove the rifle from leveled lists in under 30minutes with a tutorial. I started modding like that, so can everyone else :) I added it to the lists to combat the "I am a god" syndrome bethesda forces upon player in its games.
love this gun, also the one who integrated it with IS and WMK. went wild on zeta, finished it with less than a clip of 5mm left. a bit difficult to see where your projectile hit at sniping range though, but who cares just go full auto. lol~~
Might be a load order issue; try to move this mod around in your load order and see if it makes a difference. Always make sure you write down your current load order -or make a screen shot of it- so you will be able restore it, if the need arises.
Same happened to me when I got this mod, but that isn't a problem. This rifle has been added to the enemies weapons list. You can loot it from dead enemies.

You was smart enough to get here but for some reason not using main language of the site.

It's too OP, the enemies can't stand even 3 shots, I love the weapon but the damage is too high for my sense of immersion.
