I received the message that the mod is active, but I don't have the "clothing" required for the settings in my inventory. In a previous test it appeared in my inventory after leaving Vault 101, now it's conspicuous by its absence.
Hi, mod loads fine except for one problem, tried setting a hotkey whilst using the item and it seems like it did nothing when i pressed a key to set. I did realise i had been given another item which is called <Missing Name> in Misc. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Endorsed. This is the absolute best auto-loot mod.
I have used DALCO Junk-O-Matic (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17176), and Fallout 3 Auto Loot (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/22762) before.
DALCO only takes misc and some craft items, but not from containers, and at a certain point it started to loop, so I had an insane amount of items in the DALCO box.
Auto Loot only takes useful items like ammo from containers so you never see the '"empty" tag. And it annoyingly brings up the lockpick minigame every time you encounter a locked container, and it also auto-steals.
Both of the above mods continuously scan for items, and I suppose that would strain the CPU. After I deinstalled those mods and installed QLD the game ran smoother.
I find looting (and selling) in F03 extremely boring, so I now use QLD to clean up everything an dump it in a container, to not have to waste my time looking for items anymore: You can easily clean out buildings without having to look in every nook and cranny. After a battle you don't have to go find all the corpses to loot.
There are some issues with this mod, so save often: - In a cell with a lot of items the game can crash while looting/compressing. - After clearing non-sellable items the hotkey is gone, so you have to set it up again.
little bit of advice . don't use the body disposal option . i would check the dead body after u use it before that cause it des not pick up mod weapons .
To help with the crash issue when grabbing items in places that have a lot, switch the Quantum looter into Line-of-sight mode, you can switch back to default later.

False alarm. The line of sight is in the menu for activating the collection through the hotkey.
