I've played thru the area yesterday and it's very well done, lore friendly and honestly if I didn't know vanilla fallout by heart I wouldn't even know it's mod added.

2 small issues (more of a nitpicks)
-the Mutant Mart entrance door facing the Rivet City boat, on top of the rubble is not working properly, you can only click on the narrow area at the side of the door to make the Open prompt appear (I thought the door is 'exit only' at first, only later found the 'sweet spot' to open from outside)

-the small room above Mutant Mart, it's door frame is smaller inside than it is from outside, i.e. from Mutant Mart side the door looks fine, form the inside of the room the door frame is thinner making the door knob and about 20cm of the door collide into the wall.

Otherwise all good, thanks for your work! (Sorry for the nitpicking, it's what I do )

      mamelukturbo -

Thanks for the comment, glad you like it. The outside door couldn't be fixed without making the door stand five feet in front of the building. I was aware, but unable to fix that. I've added it to the description, as I forgot about it. As for the other door inside, it's connected via an inaccessible stairwell. I couldn't do it very well, so I made it a door instead.

      Cheers.

Looks very nice I'm inclined to try it my only concer is, it is compatible with:
    AWOP http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17965 and
    DC Interiors http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/5573 and
    Shadows and Dust 1 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17399 and 2 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17693

If it is would be great since I like filling the empty building shells with lore friendly interiors.

If anyone use this with those mods please let me know, thanks!

edit: the forum hates my trying to linkify all the links lol

Thank ya, sir. (Or m'am.) I left the safe unlocked due to the dead wastelanders, I would assume they would have tried opening it once they moved in. Anyway, glad you liked it, and thanks for the endorsement.

Well I finally got around to taking my character through it. I think it's very well done. I thought all the new areas fit right into the game. Most of the time I couldn't tell the difference between "modded" and "vanilla."

I have only one comment to make. In the Mutant Mart I found an unlocked safe. This seemed a little odd to me. Perhaps there's a story reason for this, and I just missed it?

At any rate I thought Potomac Steamworks was well done and I enjoyed playing it. I'm endorsing this.
