    2024 review:
To be honest my knowledge of original history of United States and about its most important "faces" is pretty low. And from this perspective revisiting Arlington House with so many additional features and actual historical references was a pleasant surprise and new way to engage myself in this period of time.
Even though you won't find any new quest or special features from this mod, the original creator succeeded in his goal of bringing Arlington House in its "real life glory". By this I want you to approach "Arlington House Restoration" project not only from gameplay perspective, but also to experience it as a very good interactive part of the museum.
It's really hard to choose the best aspect in this mod since all parts of it was done by a very passionate person who put his interest and love in this project. From little clutter to the actual interactive notes and historical entries, everything feels amazing.
The interiors design and decoration of the place is another point of how you can immerse player in this period of time and fully make him invested in this part of history.
Of course, it wouldn't work as just "out of place" interactive museum, that's why the original author put good work in decorating and making it feel like this place was invaded by the gang of raiders and by putting some notes about the last owners of this house.
Also I should mention that every thing added is absolutely lore-friendly and won't bring any suspension of disbelief in you while exploring this place.
To read all the entries and visit every new section of this house, you will need at least 20-30 minutes. The most passionate gamers will get around 1 hour of additional content.
After visiting "restored" Arlington House you can also bring many little "souvenirs" like oil lamps, ancient globes and new melee weapon in the form of an ancient saber.
From technical side of things, I would suggest to use "cleaned" Arlington House Restoration esp. But aside from a few deleted NavMeshes, everything else worked well in this mod without any bugs or problems.
So, should you try this mod in 2024? Yes, it can be a good experience even for those of you who don't really want to invest yourself in the USA history and have a desire to explore new location.
    Endorsement from me.

Does this mod do anything with the Junders Plunkett unmarked quest?

Thanks for the mod! It looks like a wonderful addition. I've uploaded a cleaned version of the mod's ESP with the 7 deleted navmeshes fixed. Please back-up the original plugin though just in case. I've messaged the author and will take this down if requested. Thanks!

What a fantastic mod. I've visited the Arlington cemetery as a kid, but we didn't go into Arlington House.

The addition of plaques with historically accurate information was a wonderful touch, but it was the music that really did it for me. Ashokan Farewell is an extremely touching song that fit the atmosphere very well.

Massive kudos for an outstanding mod! I will also add my voice to those asking for a player-home/restored version.

This version of Arlington House is amazing. I particularly like the music. It looks just like a museum trashed by Raiders, which is the point. I particularly like how they had put Confederate flags and "The South Will Rise Again" graffiti on the walls (which is really funny because it means The South has been saying this for 300 years). I can see how it could be used as a house mod because there is a separate room in the basement with storage etc.. It's a pity you cannot restore the museum as a quest, so that your house isn't trashed.
It was so long ago that I installed this mod that Nexus doesn't even have a record of me downloading it. In fact, I didn't even remember installing this mod, so when I finally went to Arlington Cemetery to get a certain item, I was like "WTF?" I was actually amazed that Bethesda put so much effort into making the House, until I remembered that in the video I had watched that revealed where to find the certain item, the house had just looked like a regular house.

Forgot I'd ever installed this mod till I encountered the house as it is in this mod today, quite the pleasant surprise. After exploring it thoroughly I must say it's an excellent must have mod, corrects a glaring error by Bethesda of not having the house proper in the base game. And adds a bit more of interest to Arlington Cemetery, as it is a bit basic in the base game. Thanks for making it!

I always seem to find these interesting mods after I spend hours or even days trying to do the same thing! I was ever so disappointed with Arlington House as included in the base game, that was not the building I remembered. I'm not actually American but my grandmother was from Virginia, so many years ago she took me on a visit to DC which included Arlington Cemetery. I've spent the last few hours adding a Neo-Classical portico and facade to the miserable suburban house that Bethesda arbitrarily chose to represent Lee's former home, kinda started to look the part from outside to some extent, then came on the Nexus and found this which is almost exactly what I wanted!

No objection whatsoever to the Confederate memorabilia; makes sense if you think of the raiders as independently-minded local ruffians from the surrounding hinterland, they'd understandably oppose to the return of the Enclave who purport to be the legitimate national government, and would therefore tend to align with certain aspects of the Confederacy (anti-Federal, localism, slavery) to which, without any formal education and so lacking a sense of historical perspective, they'd likely develop an irrational and excessive attachment over the years.

And it's a really well-made mod both inside and out. Wonderful attention to detail.

The house ist marvelous, the history in it as well, I wanted to ask you if it's possible to use this as a player home, as I'd love to live in it, und clean it up.
Unfortunately my game kept pooping itself und I have decided to uninstall the game in it's entirety, as no matter what I deactivated, I could no longer go from one cell into another, so I was stuck saving the Initiate in Falls church because I couldn't get out of the building he's in.
I'll miss Fallout 3, tho maybe I'll ever find a working fix for once.
Keep up the good work, it's a shame that there are no buildings like those in New Vegas, I really missed an DLC like Point lookout in Vegas.
i'm endorsing this mod, even tho i can no longer play Fallout 3

That's part of the reason why I haven't updated in so long. My game isn't stable enough to reliably test since it keeps locking up when switching to interior cells. None of the fixes and ini tweaks I found online seemed to help. TTW solved my issues, and almost all of the old mods I used to use are either already converted or are easily converted. Might want to give it a try.

Tale of Two Wastelands (TTW) + New Vegas Anti-Crash (NVAC) has worked well for my Fallout3 play-throughs.
