Adds the SVI Xcelerator handgun to fallout 3, these can be found on raiders, vendors, talon company mercs and inside Crater side supply.

File versions
===========
The vanilla version dose not use any of the custom reload animations and is best used with an unmodified game, FOSE is not required.

The FOSE version feature custom reload animation that based upon the situation, 0 bulets = slide lock - reload, manual reload "R key" = Mag swap and ammo counter is reset.

The optional FOSE FWE patch merges the the leveled item list so that there is no conflicts.

Requirements
============
Archive Invalidation should not be required but i would recommended it as a safety measure.
this mod requires the Fallout 3 script extender to work properly get it here: http://fose.silverlock.org/ or get it of nexsus

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)FalloutData
4. Start Fallout Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a check mark
beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout3 Launcher, click Data Files, unchecked the SVI Xcelerator.esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
