A simple bug fix. It's a required file if you don't feel like encountering a minor bug when battling up on the rooftops of the Fairfax ruins.

Adds various FOBs to Super Duper Mart, areas around the Potomac, Farragut West Metro, near G-ma Sparkles, and the bridge near the Citadel. (See screenshots).

*May cause game instability* Adds more raiders and talon mercs to their respective UCO locations. Instead of a handful of enemies, you will clash with an army. You. Will. Die.

That's right, UCO hits the mall. Better trench warfare, more talon mercs plus a their own base that they will launch the attack on the CB from, and also includes a revamping of the CB exterior plus one new interior (underground flank).
