Hello, Thank You for the mod. It looks really good, definitely lore friendly and useful. I agree, there really aren't enough good Male armors, but tthis one helps fix that. Well Done.

I'm also having the issue of not being able to find this armor, anywhere. I've gone home and allowed things to "repop" a couple times, and I've put in like ten hours of gameplay since downloading...is anyone else having this problem? I really love the look of it, and can't wait to make it my go-to armor! Thanks in advance...
Do you have a merged patch? Having a merged patch is highly recommended when modding Bethesda games, not having one results in leveled lists, containers and lots of other stuff conflicting with other mods changing them. Then you get things from one mod but not the other, which might explain your problem. If you don't know how to make a merged patch, there are instructions on that in the description, note that a merged patch needs to be created again each time you add/remove mods.
Also, if you have a lot of mods changing the leveled lists, the chance of getting it will be lower than usual (the game calculates item randomization for a lot more stuff, if you have a merged patch), and this thing is not made to appear very often or in large numbers. If this is the case, and you do have a merged patch, you'll just have to be patient or use console commands if you don't want to wait.
Really like the scarf added in along with the bandoliers. Much superior to the vanilla leather armor. If anyone wnats to see this mod before downloading check the following video:

Some ennemies wear it as it is included in the leveled lists, it's rare though as in about 6 hours of play I only encountered one (my leveled lists are huge though as I have many mods changing and adding to them)
