you need corehound's "Anchorage - Reinforced US Infantry" mod (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15039) installed first then load mine afterwards.
reduces the usi infantry pack from giving you +500 carry weight to +50, a needed change for balance freaks like me!
changes: v1.2 adds "Infantry Pack" to the effects when looking at it in the status screen.
