    this mod probably adds fake unplayable quest? items to the inventory making npcs re-evaluate their packages . every time an npc inventory changes they stop and think see if the new items can be useful against the player/enemies. also when ammo is lost this mod probably removes items makign npcs re-evaluate the package yet again. i haven't actually checked the code but based on what people say this is what's happening. the effect is enemies stop and think a lot and do nothing. i have seen this with mods for nv that makes thrown weapons be re-usable by adding them to the inv of the enemy etc. this not an elegant way of coding.

    if you really wanna do it this way you need to add/modify inventory while not in combat/dead only.

    Yeah, this mod has a major bug, I'm afraid. I've seen it stop Raiders, Botherhood of Steel, Enclave and Chinese Soldiers from arming when it's enabled. It seems to randomly effect NPCs by messing up their inventory so they fight as if they have no available weapons.

    I hate to say this, but:

    DON'T USE THIS MOD.

    Have the same issues as Frosteater. Raider do not equip weapons or do not have any at all in inventory. Enclave soldiers tend to have the same sometimes.

    I use all those ammo weight mods separate. I use a few other change mods that I can't and rather not use FWE at all.

    I think the combo once up is an amazing set of mods that add a great deal to the game.

    The only thing I can think to add to it would be adding weight icons and weight to Apocalypse Armory ammunition.

    Separately as a different mod that does not touch vanilla ammo. So the 2 do not clash. Something to consider if you use AA =D

    There's a bit of a problem: sometimes (quite often, actually) Raiders will participate in combat, but without attacking. At best they'll go into the unarmed animation with their gun sticking upside down to their wrist and occasionally duck into cover, at worst they'll just stand there and take it. Happens once I activate QJ13 AmmoWeight along with these mods:

    Arwen's overhaul changes how SPECIAL works and generally lowers weight capacity for STR so maybe this is a result of encumberance?
    It would be nice if a workaround could be found, because apart from that issue (which unfortunately is a dealbreaker) your mod has been great so far. Very fast and easily customizable.
