DUDE your mod won't let Broken Steel load after finishing the game! I started a fresh game after it happened with your mod installed and it happened again. Once I disabled Bobblehead Delivery the "two week later" movie kicked in! This mod is incompatible and has a serious bug in it!!!
I downloaded bobbleheadDelivery3.0.esp. I found the bobbleads contained within the box, closed it, and saved the game. Then, I later downloaded BobbleheadSPECIAL.esp, which is supposed to turn all SPECIAL Bobbleheads into +10 for their respective stats, instead of just +1. When I went back to check the container, I was unable to open it. The button prompt was there, it just wouldn't open for me. I don't know if that has something to do with the second mod, but I did uncheck them and switch them around on mod manager, and that didn't work. Also, loading the game caused the Fallout main menu theme to continue playing even after loading the game.
definitely a cheat mod since you can unload and reload the mod as many times as you want ... resulting in finding 40, 60, 80, 100 bobbleheads up your ststs to full in about 5 seconds... should be placed in the god/cheat section IMHO

hspawn10's workaround is actually pretty much the only one I can suggest right now, because I honestly have no idea why altering any of the bobblehead locations causes the 1.5 version of Fallout 3 to crash upon entering their containing cell.
If anybody has information that can help, I'd appreciate it greatly and would gladly credit them or the source.
Right now, all I can suggest is to - like what hspawn10 did - disable the mod after reaping its benefits.
The downloaded file package needs a readme.txt file telling what it does, how to install it, etc. Without that, someone who downloads the file but does not immediately install it has no way of knowing what it is or what it does later on.
I still crash too. However I found a work around. I'm using the More Map Markers mod, so I don't know if this works with the regular markers. I left the mod off until I got the Megaton house, exited Megaton, saved, enabled the Bobblehead mod, grabbed the CHA bobblehead by the vault, but instead of walking back to Megaton I FAST TRAVELED to my Megaton house and then placed the bobbleheads on the stand. NO CRASHES! WOOT! I was even able to move in and out of Megaton normally once the bobblehead was out of my inventory.
Again, I'm unsure if this will work with the normal Megaton fast travel, because I think it places you outside of Megaton and not in it (if memory serves me correctly), making working around the crash via fast travel useless.
EDIT: OK Still crashes when going through the gate. It worked fine immediately after getting rid of the bobblehead, but after a day it starts crashing when going through the gate. Fast travel still works. However now that I have the bobbleheads and their stat boost, I'm just disabling the bobblehead mod.
