This mod adds a "Disarmed" slave collar for you to wear
and is bought cheap from Moira. It adds +5 to your explosives and can be fixed with hockey masks.
I made this mod because it works good at hiding that nasty mesh seam that all Power Armor makes at the neck if you are deciding to run around without the helmet.
To install, open the .rar and drop the DisarmedCollar.esp into your Data folder and activate it in Data Files on the FO3 Launcher and load the game, and enjoy.
