    Type this into the console:
    Player.AddItem XX000ADD 1
    Where XX is the index of the mod in your load order.

      This didn't work for me, but "startquest_ammorefillquest" did. :/ Strange. At the beginning of my game, I got the note saying that I got the GARU, but didn't...that was odd. But anyway, "startquest" did work, so it's all good.

    Um... This doesn't work on Fawkes.

    I looked into it using GECK, and it seems to be because you have the AmmoRefill Script set to only check if the holder is an NPC, not a Creature.

    I got onto the Nexus to tell you, but I saw you already found out about the problem and released a new file to fix it.

    So I downloaded the new file. Still doesn't work on Fawkes.

    So I tried totally deleting all traces of the GARU files from my harddrive, then downloading the updated file and not even touching it at all in GECK or FO3edit.

    Still doesn't work on Fawkes.

    So I examined the script again in GECK. You say it works on Creature companions now, but the AmmoRefill Script still is only programmed to check if the holder is an NPC, not a Creature.

    Um... I'm just wondering what's going on here. You said you fixed it, but it still doesn't work on Creature companions like Fawkes.

    Speaking of NPC vs. Creature classification problems, how is it that Fawkes has Tag Skills when he's a Creature? I was told that Creatures can't have Tag Skills, but the Fallout Wiki has his Tag Skills listed. Is Fawkes an exception?
