    I've put together a Powered Power Armor related quest, Dunk's Adventure, for the New Vegas version of this if anyone wants to check it out.

    It adds in the weapons from the work-in-progress screenshots, though they're not scripted at this point. It also has an information menu in the store that it adds that lets you browse through the upgrade and armor descriptions.

    I'm using FWE

    In FWE power armors have 70 plus DR, after installing PPA FWE patch power armors still have 45 DR

    Is there a way to fix this without me having to open the GECK?

      You should just be able to edit this esp damage resistance using xedit. I dont think theres a way to do it in game, but i could be wrong.

    I am having a problem with PILLAR,
    my mouse1 button is assigned to activate containers/doors etc,
    but when I equip PILLAR, that button stops working for that pourpose (I saw the mouse1 button gets reassigned to attack at the settings menu),
    I am trying to look at the scripts of the esp file to understand what is happening and if I can get back my button1?

    may be assign the PILLAR fire key to another? I fire with the keyboard with my right thumb finger (much stronger than others) to avoid carpal tunnel at left hand.

      mmm.. this is pretty confusing but.. the workaround is to buy a 5 buttons mouse,
      then assign one of the spare mouse buttons to attack, lets call it button3,

      now, when PILLAR is equipped, it swaps the button3 command with mouse1 command.

      So, before pillar is equipped (and after it is unequipped):
      mouse1 - activate
      button3 - attack

      When pillar is equipped,
      mouse1 - attack
      button3 - activate

      this workaround is a good way to avoid mouse1 becoming unconfigured.

      A proper fix would be mostly appreciated!
      but... it looks it could become very complicated... this scripting engine is so limited/complicated... good many ppl like you are able to understand it ,

      EDIT: I wonder if there could have a better way to that avoid modifying the mouse1 assigned control?

      To get shot charging and ammo regeneration to work I had to get in between the user clicking the fire button and the game registering it as a shot. I just took it for granted that the user would be left-clicking to fire. It sounds like you know what you're doing though. Can't remember if the gun was actually available in the mod.

      The versions in Dunk's Adventure are standard, unscripted weapons (it doesn't require NVSE), though I did get the energy pistol reskinned as originally planned.

      I know this might be a few years too late, but Pillar and Torrent both disable my mouse1 button that I use to attack. The button becomes completely unusable in the game forcing me to go the long route and hit enter after highlighting items in menu and in pipboy. I am completely locked out of my mouse buttons when either of these weapons are equipped. Anyone found a fix besides buying a whole new mouse?

    i like the idea of the mod... that i need recharge my Power Armor or simple it can explode when i hit the Power Plant....

    But i got some trouble... I loot 2 Sets of the Brother Hood Armors from a Building full with Muties...

    I have the perk but when i equip the armor i see 2 Message from the Seperat Parts was installed and then my character die... the Armor is charged on 100% ...

    what are wrong?

    Edit: the hardened Tb51 Version i can equip and dont die... hmm are the brotherhood armor buggy?

    Edit2: After a Restart it now work well... Hm ^^ at this point and i am all ready here a note for the Torrent Gatlin.... i feel the gatlin is really op :D

    Edit3: Pillar are not so op.... but when i equip Pillar my Left Mouse button dont work in Pip Boy and Menus ^^

    Anyone know how to get those icons next to the vault boy power armor Icon in this picture 10 out of 16 on this page?

      1. Browse to Data\menus\main, and see if hud_main_menu.xml is there.2a. If it is, open it with a text editor. Scroll to the bottom, and just above the last line (<\menu>) add the line:

      <include src="PPA\PPA_HUD.xml" />

      3a. Save the file, and that should be it.

    Since it merely required menial click work, and for expedience sake should I wipe my computer someday, I made a bugfix and thought I'd share it.

    It contains an updated "Powered Power Armor.esp" and "PPA - The Pitt.esp". the former fixes the reported issue of some base game Enclave soldiers being invulnerable in combat, and untargetable by VATS. It was produced by an unknown contributor, (I read about it here, http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Kelmych/Fallout3) The latter fixes the issue of many "PPA - The Pitt.esp" references pointing to nowhere, causing various loss of content.

      I hope your fix stops the game crashing at certain locations. I'm rebuilding my Fallout 3 mod list.

    this mod makes power armor work somewhat to how it does in fallout 4 endorsed!

    My Power Armor seems weaker when using this mod this. I disabled the scaling already. Is this a known issue?
