Good news! I have returned to the development of this mod!
I will be posting a design document shortly to detail my plans, and I am receiving assistance to fixing the bugs of this mod. I am currently running a test character for this mod and I'll personally see what needs fixing and tweaking.
For now my first three priorities are: 1. Fix Consolidating Power, so that there will be no crashing/etc. after it. 2. Finish further quests that are mid-way in development. 3. Make it possible to join the Enclave without Project Impurity.
Most pressing thing now is coding and fixing, so chances are that voiced dialogue won't be happening for some time (it's very time consuming), but I hope to bring you a playable EIP soon.
I have had great plans for this mod, including a three-phase development that would end in the Enclave being in full control of the Wasteland where all Muties are dead and Eden peacefully resigns to allow for democratic elections. But that's far in the future.
I have identified that newer versions of the mod are broken. I have removed versions after 2.0 to be simply broken. I will remove them, I tested on 2.0 to take over the Citadel and so far I haven't had issues, seems to work fine.
SO glad to se eyou return to th is project it has amazing potential but some of the bugs have alway s held it back unfor utnatley and it still is probbaly one of the btter "Return to Raven Rock" mods out there but i'm curious. since you say this is rolled back to 2.0 I don't see a 2.0 listed in the changelog the closest I see is a 2 2.19.2011
The 2 2.19.2011 version is the right one. As in, version 2 published 2.19.2011 (I live in Europe and so day->month->year).
Either way, I have finally identified what made the mod crash in the Citadel, I'm doing by best to fix it. I have some ideas and honestly it wasn't as critical a bug as I thought it would be.
Honestly can't wait to see this finished, It looks amazing, Dream was always to join the Enclave, The Fallout New Vegas mode was good but it didn't satisfy my thirst.
not to mention that during the time of new vegas..the enclave was really scattered. Here it was still in a position to fight back.
btw, sorry if i am a pain in the ass,but i think i will wait until you get quality voice actors before i try it out (i like experimenting, but to keep something in my game perm...i try to make it feel like it's an official DLC)
good luck,mate!
i originally only played new vegas (without ever doing fallout 3) ,but after forever of playing it and a few mods...i decided to purchase the fallout 3 game of the year addition during a huge discount. Always liked the enclave in the few times it was mentioned in vegas...and i hope to make an alt character to join em if you make this a success!
Hey, I've finished Consolidating Power I and II and convinced Eden to start "The Dud" but the Scientist I need to talk to is nowhere to be found, even at map marker. Any console commands or fixes I should use?
GNR would be interesting maybe you could make Three-Dog Stop saying the Enclave the bad guys it don't make sense if its clear they help Megaton and Tenpenny, they also can clean the water. So what is Three-Dog complaing about?
hey so are u still working on the mod still if so that would be cool also I don't think its a good idea for the enclave to protect tepenny tower and megaton they should kill them and wipe them out ya know like the old enclave anyways theres still a few bugsbut great mod.
Not really , we can just hope for the best.I will make a Enclave Faction in Fallout 76 , add me on Steam if you want to join.Name is MG42 , profile picture is the german Bundeswehr symbol and a Soldier in the background.
Yes, this mod is dead. You should use Manifest Destiny - Enclave Overhaul. This is a Tale of Two Wastelands mod. It includes all content from this, fixed and fully voiced, and is recently updated as of the time of me typing this.
The mod appears to be a dud. I added the FEV virus and had Fawkes turn on the purifier, given that the walkthrough says that it doesn't matter who turns it on, so long as the FEV is there. Well, I wake up in the Citadel, and both the Project Impurity and Join the Enclave quests are still in my active quest log. The "add FEV" objective for Project Impurity is marked as completed, but the one for Join the Enclave is not. I followed the walkthrough, provided on the mod page, to the letter, barring the optional objective of finding a note in the player home. So either the mod screwed up, or the walkthrough screwed up and those optional objectives weren't really optional.
The Lone Wanderer himself\herself must be the one to start the purifier after installing the FEV in order to join the Enclave. If Sarah, Fawkes, or anyone else starts it, it breaks the quest.
Uh, when I put it in to vortex it says "Missing Masters: This mod requires Broken Steel", in the requirements it says "This mod doesn't require anything but the base game". Is this just a bug? Will it still work without Broken Steel? I don't really want to spend 7 dollars so I can use this mod.........
i got to Consolidating Power pt2 and cant trigger that I've taken Washington monument, i killed the 2 brotherhood guards but it isn't registering i killed them how do i fix it so i can progress?

Might as well ask while I'm here, but any plans to mod Fallout 4 or nah?
