===============
1. Description
===============

This mod adds the ability to disassemble and assemble all the standard Fallout 3 Weapons. While you were able to create custom weapons, you could never tinker with all the less exotic ones - now you can!

All weapons can be disassembled in several parts and some scrap metal, assembling needs those parts but some more scrap metal to avoid abuse.
There are a total of 30 weapon parts.

Depending on weapon condition and your repair skill there is a chance you won't be able to recover all parts when disassembling a weapon. There's also the chance of the disassembly to fail completly, if you lack the skill.

You will also need schematics, which can be bought from famous traders, to actually assemble those guns. Weapon Condition of the newly built weapon is then depending on your repair skill. With some investment this allows you, if you are skilled enough, to actually polish your weapons.

================
2. How it works
================

Disassembly:
1. Equip the weapon you want to disassemble
2. Go to a workbench, activate it, choose the CRAFT option
3. Navigate to the entry "Weapon DisAssembly", click on it
4. Choose "Disassembly"
5. Your currently equipped weapon will be disassembled.
NOTE: If the condition of the weapon is below 40% or your repair skill is below 30, there is a chance that:
-You won't be able to recover all assembly parts (you can lose up to 2)
-You won't be able to recover scrap metal (you can lose up to 2, depending on how much you would normally gain)
-You won't be able to recover anything (low chance, weapon condition must be really bad and your repair skill must be very low)

If you succeed you will gain different assembly parts depending on which weapon type you disassembled.
Check the WeaponDisAssemblyDetails.txt for more info.

Assembly:
1. Make sure you've got the appropriate Schematic, you can buy them from trader throughout the Capital Wasteland.
2. Make sure you've got all the parts you need, check ingame by just trying to assemble the weapon or check the WeaponDisAssemblyDetails.txt
3. Go to a workbench, activate it, choose the CRAFT option
4. Navigate to the entry "Weapon DisAssembly", click on it
5. Choose "Assembly"
6. Choose Weapon Category, eg. "Pistols"
7. Choose Weapon Type, eg. "10mm Pistol"
8. The Weapon will be assembled, a window will pop up if you don't have enough materials
NOTE: You can only assemble weapons you've got the schematic of and you won't be able to just disassemble a gun and reassemble it out of the same parts. Disassembling will yield a max. of half the scrap metal you need for assembling. This is to prevent abuse.
The condition of the newly assembled weapon will be dependant on your repair skill.
Check the WeaponDisAssemblyDetails.txt for more info.

3. Features
============

1.1:
Right now you can disassemble and assemble:

-Pistols (10mm Pistol, Silenced 10mm Pistol, Chinese Pistol, 10mm Submachine Gun)

-Revolvers (.32 Pistol, .44 Scoped Magnum)

-Bolt Action Rifles (Hunting Rifle)

-Sniper Rifles (Sniper Rifle)

-Assault Rifles (Assault Rifle, Chinese Assault Rifle)

-Sawed-Off Shotguns (Sawed-Off Shotgun)

-Automatic Shotguns (Combat Shotgun)

Schematics can be bought from several traders around the capital wasteland, think about major traders or points of interest.

All weapons are repairable with their assembly parts.
You can also sell and buy assembly parts from traders across the wastes. Check the ones that sell weapons or junk.

Future Plans:
-Assembly Parts will be lootable

-DisAssembly for Big Guns, Energy Weapons and Melee Weapons

-Maybe the ability to craft assembly parts out of some components, but I will need to think about this

-Assembly of new custom weapons using cross-assembly parts, but this is future-future, as I'm not exactly the modeler-type

================
4. Requirements
================

CRAFT - Community Resource to Allow Fanmade Tinkering

Fallout Script Extender (FOSE)

=================================
5. Installation / Uninstallation
=================================

Installation:
Open the "FGRaptors Weapon DisAssembly.fomod" with FOMM and activate it using the Package Manager. Then activate the fgWeaponDisAssembly.esp.

Uninstallation:
Deactivate the fgWeaponDisassembly.esp or deactivate it using the Package Manager or delete it using the same.

========================
6. Compatibility / Bugs
========================

Compatibility:
This should be compatible with anything. I made this specifically to be compatible. By using CRAFT there's no issue with workbenches and instead of editing the repair lists or vendors I added everything with scripts, so there should be no issues as well.

Bugs:
- None

==============
7. Misc Stuff
==============

Check out my other little mod:

Scrap Metal CRAFTing

It will allow you to craft Scrap Metal out of Tin Cans. Will be updated in the future, but right now my attention lies on this mod.
