Wow. Cool mod. I am playing Customizable Warhammer 40k Conversion http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/14351 mod now that replace all originaal weapon so can't try it. But I want to edit your mod to work with Warhammer weapon. If it works do you want edited file? I am sure many would love to assemble bolter rifle or assault cannon )))
Love the idea would love to see being able to assemble/disassemble MZ weapons too! Could turn this into a General Assembly/DisAssembly mod to include armors. Also looking for something to break down ammo into scrap metal and such.
I'm at university, so I wasn't really able to update this. As NV is out I'm not sure it's worth it and I'm not gonna get NV until the GOTY with all the DLCs comes out (I'm a poor student). If poeple would really want an update, then I may do it.
Maybe I should have been more specific. With polishing I mean that with a high enough repair skill you can disassemble your weapon, which might have a bad condition, then invest some scrap metal and assemble it again, with better condition - depending on your repair skill. You can also just disassemble your doubles and repair your original weapon with the parts, just a bit more realistic than using a complete weapon I think.
Also, I'm working on WMK compatibility and DLC support ATM, but the GECK is giving me some problems, so it will still take some more time.
About the new weapons and stuff.. I thought about it as I said, but I guess I would need a modeler for that, because I'm clearly none. Maybe I find some modders resource weapons and integrate them in the future.
Hail raptor love your previous scrap metal crafting mod, thinking about using your updated one too. Question, you mentioned polishing weapons and what not, what do you mean by that?
This looks really neat. I use WMK so I may wait for compatibility with that. However, I could just tell myself that I have to take the modifications off the weapon before I can take it apart...

GL with finding some weapons for your updates, maybe try getting in contact with pucemoose and see who he talked to when he added weapons in his mods.

i think he means polish as in "Cannot repair past 100%"
Raptor: a heres a possibility: creating new weapons (similar to WMK fashion) as long as the parts are compatible
but the dark side: all the hours needed to create all the meshes and textures and data...etc...for all the infinite number of combinations
...sigh..
