How can I remove the DR buff to NPCs or at least lower it? I personally think that 40% is too much, and makes hellfire troops literal tanks. So how would I change that?
I have a rather large issue. I was using this mod, it worked fine, but I noticed my t-51b armor was still at vanilla level dr, and the Brotherhood Set I gave Charon was a lot higher. I uninstalled and reinstalled the mod to try and balance them out, but now the t-51b has the correct stats but every other set in the game has like several hundred dr. It's not a permanent stat bug due to being equipped, since it even affected a suit I had in my locker. I've tried turning the mod on and off, reloading old saves, everything. My armor is now permanently broken. Short of uninstalling and reinstalling fallout, I have no idea how to fix it. Any help from anyone would be appreciated.
Thanks. The Power Armour in Fallout 3 is garbage and enemies wearing them fall like cardboard even to a player as low as level 6 (I tested this myself.).This adds some much needed challenge and balance as well as a REASON to wear power armour.
Would it be possible for those who wear the power armor still run a little bit slower as are in vanilla game? Personally I would still like to see power armor feeling a little... heavy.

You can also make grenades, traps, explosives more deadly with other mods.
for new people,download the 2.0 version and be careful with PA textures replacers ,it breaks this mod
The Nexus Mod Manager says: BetterPowerArmor can't be added.
And the manual download is only a .rar empty file of 2B.
Can someone help me?
