Brooke - Lone Wanderer
This is a mod that creates another lone wanderer wandering the wasteland with her own companion, Ben, she does her own thing but you may well come across her. She will chip in against enemies and you can interact with her, she has her own house in Springvale (Next to Silver's house) that you can get access to.
Just install into Data folder
