Fixes and adjusts various city gates in Ark to use a universal gate design, alongside other fixes with the gates in Ark.

Permissions and credits
Another crack at de-Skyrimifying Enderal. These gates give me nightmares of being stuck in Nordic tombs in another parallel universe - let's fix that.

Features

  • Removes the Nordic portcullis gates used throughout Ark in favor of Enderal's city gates.
  • Revamps the gate after entering the main entrance of Ark instead of it being a floating portcullis.
  • Replaces the basic Solitude door connecting the Nobles Quarter to the Sun Temple District with Ark's unique city gate door.
  • Replaces the regular wooden door connecting the Castle Quarter district to Ark's exterior with Ark's unique city gate mesh.
  • Immersion patch for the harbor gate used during Black Light, Part II (MQ12a) - it's not there at all until the quest starts. This mod restores that and adds a script to disable the static gate when the quest is started.
  • Other minor position fixes to hide clipping with rocks/gates throughout town and the doors pushing into a black plane.

Install Instructions
No other files needed and only base game meshes are used, just install this mod and don't look back.

Mod Recommendations
The doors use whatever texture is used for the College of Winterhold doors. The textures used in the screenshots are from Praedy's College of Winterhold.
The gates used in the screenshots are from ETATU - Complex Material Addon.
Enderal SE Retexture Project does have a mesh replacer for the gates, making them less copper and more metallic.
