i try this mod in my package for me needs he works with another mod (amanda) , but he didnt work. i spend many hour for search and testing. that my result: armor patch working with amanda follower
for those who cant get this figured out either, i successfully changed race midgame without any bugs on a heavily modded playthrough. it didnt reset my stats, i was able to keep my original race's attribute bonuses, and i can finally wear one of the hundreds of added wearables i spent so much time downloading lol. id recommend trying this, so long as you backup your save file you should be fine in the event you get a weird bug.
open console command with the tilde (the one with ~ on it), type "showracemenu" without the quotes, hit enter and be prepared to redo your whole face. worth it tho.
can't install using MO2. i tried both versions, and even tried repacking with a "Data" file structure.
EDIT: i tried unpacking into the "overwrite" folder and running it after creating a shortcut in MO2. as i'm using the GOG version of SAE the program wouldn't locate the Skyrim.ini even though i tried to direct it multiple times.
For those who can't get the patch to work, here's a working version. Download SSEEdit. Download the script from the link (https://www.nexusmods.com/enderal/mods/18?tab=files), throw it in the Edit Scripts folder. Open SSEEdit itself, select all the mods with the armor you need, check them, then -> Apply Script -> Enderal race patch script
I just used it on Amanda SE the follower and it worked flawlessly with DX Gwelda Red Riding Hood Outfit that I ported over from Skyrim. Thank you for this mod. Amanda has taken over a whole new look now with Baby Doll hair from KS Hairdo's. :)
Worked like a Charm, thank you! Although I did try to fix the cosmetic issue of the form 43 error in MO2 by opening and saving it in the Creation Kit like i did for any other Skyrim mod with that error. It just turned out to be not working anymore after it. Better just stick to the form 43 esp.
