Practical armor replacer is compatible since that only touches meshes and textures, but for EGO, they'll definitely conflict in regards to the soldiers I've edited and their outfits. The ones I've added are fine though.
It's up to you if you'd prefer EGO's changes or my own so make sure your load order is adjusted accordingly. Alternatively, load up xEdit and make a patch for the two to forward the things you like from either one so they play nice with each other.
