Description:
Ever since I learnt about Phasmalism and Apparitions I always asked myself why we can't summon them while already in combat.
Sometimes it also happens that you're sneaking and when you decide to attack and want to summon your Apparition somehow you're already in combat before the spell is casted leaving you without backup.
I don't think having the ability to summon Apparitions while in combat is a cheat, and that's why I finally decided to remove the restriction and release the modded script here (what I did was simply removing the combat check and recompile).
After releasing Real Apparitions I also decided to remove the restriction that disallows summoning apparitions in cities (apparitions with that mod look like real npcs and no one can tell they have been summoned, otherwise it's a cheat, since there's a perk for this already).
