Restore Elder Ring's LOD/Drawing/Shadow distance, closer to what was shown, pre-release..

This is a proof of concept. It works fine but needs time and tweaking further to optimize where is most needed. This will obviously have a performance impact, depending on your system.

I am essentially sharing here so that others can also be aware and look into.

[Install]
Backup your existing regulation.bin.
Place the lod regulation.bin into your \steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game.. folder.

[Merge with existing regulation.bin]
I have included separately the csv to import, if you have the needed tools.
These can also be used as a reference for what has been changed.
