It's been a long time, but what fields does this exactly modify? I'd love to use this in my existing regulation.bin, but so much has changed that it's incredibly hard to sus out what you changed since I don't have a vanilla 1.06.0.1000 regulation.bin to compare it too. Thanks!
It may be possible some day, but as of right now, the force is actually baked into the animation, and the frame at which the ragdoll triggers follows the force during that specific frame (as far as I'm aware, this is how it works). As such, I picked frame triggers for the highest force point in each animation (usually right at launch or right after force has been applied at its strongest) in order to get that effect you see here. I'll have to see if there may be a param or something similar that can be changed in order to add more force, but for now I don't know if it's completely possible.
If you have any other mods that overwrite the regulation.bin file or the cXXXX.anibnd.dcx files, you won't get the effect. Especially if they're higher priority over this mod in load order. Otherwise, it should work fine. Are you running any other mods? And are all mobs unaffected?
