ELDEN RING Reforged Compatibility: Elden Ring Item and Enemy Randomizer by thefifthmatt

ELDEN RING Reforged is mostly compatible with the Randomizer, but needs a few tweaks.

Here's an example workflow on achieving compatibility:

1) Download Elden Ring Item and Enemy Randomizer: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/428

2) Make a copy folder of the current version of ERR that you will use to make a Randomizer-compatible version of the mod. Optionally, add any other mods to the copied folder here.

3) Copy the files from "compatibility\randomizer" into the copied mod folder you just created. When asked, overwrite any files. (If you're not asked, you've not targeted the right folder)

3) Load up the randomizer and browse to the ERR copy folder you made via the "Merge other mod" button before making your changes & running the randomizer.

4) Set up a mod setup with the original ERR mod folder, and the mod folder that was generated by the Randomizer.

Detailed instructions on this can be found on the Randomizer NexusMods page.
The copy was only necessary to run the randomizer, it does not need to be loaded.

Once you're ingame, enable the Randomizer compatibility setting "Disable enemy scaling" in the ERR options menu at Sites of Grace to avoid any issues with the Randomizers own enemy scaling.

Known issues:

- The Randomizer currently removes all Tutorials, rendering the Codex non-functional (you cannot read the codex entries or receive unlock notifications).
