A squadron of Wing Divers specially designed to escort transport aircraft during air operations. They carry standard weapons, to avoid interference with the airship's guidance and communication systems. Upgrades to their aerial units allow them for extended sorties in the air, as they move from one transport vehicle to the next. Valkyries often coordinate their attacks with the aircrews from the flying fortresses they defend.
This mod introduces the Valkyries, a new elite unit of Wing Divers that can be played in both solo and online missions.
Valkyries are heavily armed air units, focusing their loadouts in different roles with a creative mix of firearms and drones.
If the Fencers can like one-man tanks, then Valkyries are the airforce.
Customize your gear before the sortie, specializing the Valkyrie's 3 weapon slots and backpack into different roles:

Using these weapons while in the air is incredibly satisfying and destructive, not to mention the potential for support to other classes.
Bringing laser kits for your Fencer mates, or healing your Air Raiders, comes natural to a flier unit. And having a pet Deiroy is just cool!
But Valkyries have their own drawbacks, too: they have lower armor than a standard Wing Diver, and their flight ability cannot be upgraded.

ONLINE PLAY
Online is still being tested and will only be possible between players who have installed the mod
INSTALLATION
To install the mod, extract its zip archive in the EDF6 folder, located in:
"Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Earth Defence Force 6"
When installed correctly, the installation folder should look like in the screenshot below.
Lootmaster is already included.
