Added Loot Caves to the list of hidden world items that are activated with survival sense only.
Removed markers above the heads of Friendly/Enemy NPC's whilst using the binoculars.

Additional file to allow hiding of the HP Bar, Keyfinder & Rope Target. This is untested by me... I haven't even got the grappling hook yet! Though I have it on good authority from a member of our excellent community that this works just fine!
