this mod requires the "lucky repair" skill to be activated
it makes the chance of a lucky repair occuring 100%
to install, place the folder into your data3.pak
to make this mod work with an already modified common_skills.xml, follow these steps:
step 1. use WinRAR to extract common_skills.xml to any place you desire
step 2. use any text editing program (i personally use Notepad++ but anything will work)
step 3. press CTRL + F to activate the search function
step 4. type in "lucky" and press enter
step 5. you should see an entry called "RepairLuck" and a modifier called "PerfectRepairChance" with a value of 0.25.
step 6. change the value of 0.25 under that entry to 1.00 and save.
step 7. place common_skills.xml in data > skills in your Data3.pak file
step 8. the mod should now work with your customized file.
if this mod ever gets broken and i dont fix it, this method will always activate infinite repair.
