About this mod
this mod requires the "lucky repair" skill to be activated, since it exploits that to allow infinite repairs. it works with the most recent version (as of 11.9.2019) as i just created this.
- Permissions and credits
this is an updated and working version of a mod created before, however the mod in question replaced every file in Data0.pak, made all the text in the game unreadable, and caused an insane amount of crashes. this mod alleviates this by only modifying the file needed.

to install, place the folder into your data3.pak
IF YOU HAVE A MOD THAT MODIFIES COMMON_SKILLS.XML, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO MAKE IT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS!
you can check if a mod modifies common_skills.xml by going into your data3.pak, and going to the directory data > skills, if you see a common_skills file, chances are it's been modded.

(make sure to extract the common_skills.xml from your data3.pak that has been modified, not the one from data0.pak)
step 1. use WinRAR to extract common_skills.xml to any place you desire
step 2. use any text editing program (i personally use Notepad++ but anything will work)
step 3. press CTRL + F to activate the search function
step 4. type in "luck" and press enter
step 5. you should see an entry called "RepairLuck" and a modifier called "PerfectRepairChance" with a value of 0.25.
step 6. change the value of 0.25 under that entry to 1.00 and save.
step 7. place common_skills.xml in data > skills in your Data3.pak file
step 8. the mod should now work with your customized file.
if this mod ever gets broken and i dont fix it, this method will always activate infinite repair.
