First of all; great mod. Thank you for sharing it.
I've been trying to edit the hud.xui file in order to bring back the text that shows an item's or NPC's name when looking at them or picking up items, but I haven't had any success. Any chance you could help me out by telling me what to look for?
EDIT: There is also an issue with the health bar starting off with an easy-to-see opacity when you first open the weapon wheel, but then it immediately starts to fade. It's hard to see clearly, especially during day time.
My Game crashes if I use HUDLESS 2K17 mod. The first crash doesn't show a error message but the second Crash appears a Error message that tells me there is not enough RAM in the game :/ Pls help me!!
Cool, cool. I'll keep using the 'minihud' mod for now, but I'll probably switch to this one once it has all the options the previous version of it did.
Hey I really enjoy the mod. My only request would be a version that removed the squad indicator over squad mates. You know the blue one with the heart monitor thing. Perhaps also remove their health from your screen. A friend and I are looking for a more hardcore experience and that would be a cherry on top of the cake you already made. Either way, thanks for the great mod. Endorsed.
In no version, neither now nor in 2015 (see screens there), did I remove the weapon or equipment wheel.
When I want it to appear I press the according key ... and voila ... it appears.
Btw, I moved the HP bar and the remaining number of medkits to the weapon wheel, especially so one could take a quick look at them should the the necessity arise. Therefore hiding the entire thing would be counterproductive.

Main thing I'm looking to reduce are the HUD elements that are always visible, and the HUD notifications that appear unsolicited.
The weapon wheel isn't intrusive because it only appears when we want it to appear.
