Since I used much lower percentages myself I never tested to make sure that 1.0 would actually work. I stopped playing Dying Light, so I settled with .999 Just thought someone else might like this mod so I threw it up on the nexus before I erased it.

A bit too late now but I guess through updates and stuff the changes you suggested don't work anymore. In fact initially I tried adding your changes to default_levels.xml and then bolstering the values with a buff from buffs.xml to make it a temporary bonus rather than something permanent. However I then realised that even making the changes to the default_levels.xml itself isn't functioning so I guess I should have tried that first.
