    Latest Version: MHC.1.0
Compatibility: Officially released Steam v1.49.0 - 1.50.0 (and GoG/Epic Equivalent)
(though it should be compatible with any Dying Light game version since the release of the Hellraid DLC as all it needs to work is for the Hell Coin item to exist in the game files so 1 million of them can be given to you)

_____Q. Can I remove this mod and keep the granted Hellraid Coins?
    Spoiler:
    Show
    _____A. Yes.
Once you load into your save game(s) and activate the mod as described in the mod description, 1,000,000 Hellraid Coins will be automatically given to you.

If you wish, you can then remove the mod so you can take part in multiplayer as you will not lose the granted coins. If you do remove the mod, you can simply re-add it again temporarily to be granted 1,000,000 HellRaid Coins on another save game/new game and then remove it again afterward.

_____Q. Can I use this mod more than one time on a single save game to repeatedly get 1,000,000 more Hellraid Coins?
    Spoiler:
    Show
    _____A. Yes and no.
The mod is a custom quest that auto-completes upon loading into a save game for the map you load into and it gives you 1,000,000 Hellraid Coins as the quest reward.

This quest is duplicated to every map area in the game and titled uniquely so that a different quest completes for each map area. This is done so that the mod's custom quest will activate regardless of the map you load into to ensure you are granted 1,000,000 Hellraid Coins right away.

The good thing is, you will be given 1,000,000 Hellraid Coins every time you load into a new map area for the first time on a save game since you installed the mod.

However, the custom quest for each map area will only activate one time when you first enter that map and will give you 1,000,000 more Hellraid Coins. Example:

    • You load into the Slums for the first time after installing the mod and the Slums quest would activate and give you 1,000,000 Hellraid Coins.
    • You then load into Hellraid (or another map area like an apartment or school map) and that map area's quest will activate, giving 1,000,000 more Hellraid Coins.
    • You then return to the Slums and no additional Hellraid Coins are granted as the custom quest for the Slums map has already activated.
    • You then go to Old Town and the Old Town map custom quest will activate and give you an additional 1,000,000 Hellraid Coins.
You will gain 1,000,000 Hellraid Coins for each new map area you load into on a save game. Once you have visited each map instance area, all of the mod's custom quests will have been activated and the mod will be completely used up for that save game.

Hello! Great concept by the way. I'm having problem getting the mod to work...
On the data3.pak file, do I need to create a folder named "data" first before I copy the mod file into the pak file? I want to use this mod together with other mods I'm using...
I did what I said above and It's not working. I loaded into a loaded save file that already finished the tutorial stage.
Edit: Tried removing data folder and just place what is inside it. Nothing changed upon loading a save file. Do I need to place this on data0.pak??

Hi! It sounds like you already have a Data3.pak file with one or more other mods in it. You should ignore the included Data3.pak file as you will want to merge this mod's files into your existing Data3.pak file.

In the download, go into the "Merge - Extracted Files To Add To An Existing Data3.pak File If Needed" folder which contains a 'data' folder with this mod's files in it.

Your existing Data3.pak file should already contain a 'data' folder with mod files inside it from the other mods.
Just copy/extract the 'data' folder from the download zip that is inside that 'merge' folder to your desktop.
Then open your existing Data3.pak file that has other mods in it and drag/copy this mod's 'data' folder from your desktop into it.

You won't end up with two 'data' folders in there, it will just add all of this mod's files into that existing 'data' folder in the pak file.

You then load your save game and make sure you're out in the world/outside the Slums Tower after the tutorial part so the mod will activate.

It is possible the mod did activate for you, but there is no notification that it did activate like a normal "quest completed" pop up.

Just go to the Hellraid chest in the tower next to Hellraid and you can see how many Hell Coins you have there, or load into Hellraid and view your Hell Coins while inside that game mode.

Your guess is spot on! It seems you don't need a data folder for it to work. (mine works anyway)
Yes, I didn't receive any notification of quest completion but I did get the rewards nonetheless.
Thanks for the reply and the mod!!
