To install:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dying Light\DW and find Data0.pak and open with 7-Zip Then find the folder named skills and default_levels.xml will be there copy default_levels.xml and back it up then drop and drop the file into 7-Zip
