From a quasi-realism standpoint just some suggestions
Incendiary rounds (all guns), dealing a lil extra damage, but not actually capable of setting zombies on fire on their own, but capable of igniting flammables.

Impact (hollow point) (all guns). High knockdown chance, increased damage. In shotguns behaves as slug. Ammo is rarer/more expensive.
I don't know if it's even possible, but, if one cannot make a silencer add-on part, maybe someone can mod the specs of the handguns like make the German 9mm or Rais's handgun silent or near silent while leaving the American 9mm alone. Just a thought....
You should always back up your save file before running a mod of this type or any mod for that matter. When you remove a mod that adds items to the game that are not there by default and you leave something in your inventory, slots or backpack. You can get random crashes every time you play because your save file is like "hey where is that mod that was here, I have some data I cant do anything with, CRASH!". If it ever does happen, you'll need to reinstall which ever mod, run the game and remove all items associated with the mod from your game and then save. Then it should be OK to remove. If your save file is too far gone, you'll need to start playing on your backup save. All modders should have a warning to back up your save. A lot of them do but I really don't think people pay attention. Sadly they start blaming the game company for their crashes when it was them who mucked it up in the first place

Can i uninstall the Required Mod: All Items in Shop v1.4 without any problems? Are the modded guns still in my bagpack?
