Well, following what is said on the presentation page works with latest version of the game. select the line (Freeze timers), hit space bar to add a tick and... done.
Mod itself doesn't work, and not only do the instructions not mention whatever tf website it's talking about but the instructions say this is for Starfield like what?
Sorry to say this, it's probably a great mod, but I refuse to use a mod from someone that has so many requirements yet could not even be bothered to add their corresponding links…
